The Irgiz towing vessel of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) will render technical support to the Astra swimming drilling rig, which is owned by the Lukoil company, in the Kurmangazy field of the Kazakhstan section of the Caspian Sea.
A contract will be inked with the vessel for 200 days term. The vessel is able to transport 250 tons of drinking water and 400-500 tons of fuel.
