Ukrainian refinery buying third Caspian light oil consignment

It is expected that the next consignment of the Caspian light oil in the volume of 80,000 tons will be shipped in Odessa for refining at the Kremenchug oil refinery (Poltava region of Ukraine) on Oct. 12-13, said Sergey Zinkevich, the Spokesman of the Ukrtransnafta company, on Oct. 7.

"There is exact information about the shipment, but the end of oil shipment in Odessa should take place on Oct. 12-13. The tanker will weigh 80,000 tons," said the spokesman.

Earlier, the Ukrainian company purchased two shipments of Azeri light crude oil. According to Ukrtransnafta, the first two tankers arrived in Odessa in early October. The received oil has already delivered to the system of oil pipelines in Ukraine.

Earlier, the Oil Refinery Plant (ORP) applied to the Ukrainian Energy Ministry to ensure that these supplies of oil at the plant to be on long-term basis, but the source did not said what a decision was taken in this issue.
