Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov has transferred staff in leadership of fuel-energy complex by explaining his actions as irresponsible attitude of several heads to their duties.
He said that there are some shortages and neglect. Today Neutral Turkmenistan posted Berdymukhamedov's statements concerning his meeting with employees of fuel-energy complex.
"While spending huge funds on development of this branch, we can wait for its adequate return," Turkmen President said.
He stressed that head of Turkmenneftegazstroy Corporation, Atamurad Durdyev, deserves serious pretensions.
It concerns discipline of labor at the enterprises dependent on Turkmenneftegazstroy Corporation, as well as quality of constructing enterprises.
"The task on gasification program of populated settlements was fulfilled for 30 percent in 2008, now it is fulfilled for 25 percent," Berdymukhamedov said. Akmurad Yegeleyev was appointed new head.
Staff purge also affected Turkmenneft State Concern extracting major part of raw materials in Turkmenistan. Turkmenistan extracts about 10 million tons of oil with participation of foreign companies. "Necessary actions to accelerate oil extraction are not taken. Proper attention is not paid to introduction of innovation technologies and modern special equipment at enterprises of the concern. The plan to drill oil exploration wells is not fulfilled," Berdymukhamedov said.
He said that local specialists should be taught by foreign partners. So, several foreign companies operating in Turkmenistan with sub-offices of local fuel-energy complex upon equal terms achieve more effectiveness in both speed of drilling and average monthly oil extraction by using modern technologies and special equipment.
Orazdurdy Hajimyradov heading oil industry transferred to other job. New job was not called.
Annaguly Deryaev became new chairman of the concern. Before, he was minister of oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan. Oraznur Nurmyradov was appointed new head of this ministry.
Moreover, Nury Muhammadov was appointed chairman of Turkmengas State Concern. He replaced temporary chairman Dovlet Mommayev.
