SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) intends to complete drilling of a new deep well in 4,050-meter-Jafarli field in early November, SOCAR said.
According to specialists of the company, daily flow rate of this well hits 30 tons of oil.
At present, another similar well will be drilled. Its drilling will be completed by late December - early January.
Another deep well will be put into operation in this field in 2010, the company said.
