Ukrtatnaft plans to purchase three million tons of Caspian oil in 2010 compared to 600 000 tons in 2009 for further processing at the Kremenchuk oil refinery, the company told Trend over the telephone.

As the company said referring to Board Chairman, the company will have 506 million tons of oil, three million of which will fall to Azerbaijani oil, 2.5-3 million tons to Ukrainian oil.

As SOCAR's senior official said earlier, State Oil Company has not long-term contract on oil purchase to Kremenchuk oil refinery in Ukraine. Oil supplies to the plant are carried out on the scheme of ordinary oil purchase by the enterprise.

Earlier the enterprise has already received Azerbaijani light oil purchased in the Black and Mediterranean Sea ports. Azerbaijani oil supplies to Kremenchuk oil refinery have started in the second half of 2009.
