The Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry announced a tender to acquire consultations services on preparing technical assistance project's documents and providing program support for the reforms in the energy sector
In December the Cabinet of Ministers approved a plan for use of funds allocated by the European Commission on the program to support reforms in the Azerbaijani energy sector.
The main purpose of tender is to support the preparation of tender documents and implementation of tender procedures in accordance with the international standards and laws of the country by four subsidiaries. It is panned to support programs in the energy sector reforms, support to expansion of energy efficiency and use of alternative and renewable energy sources, to improve official statistics in the energy sector and to support improvements in public finance
The interested companies must sent an application with a desire of participating in the tender and other documents to the Energy Ministry until 6:00 p.m. March 2
The tender bids will be unsealed at 11:00 local time March 3
