Twenty six filling stations in Baku have failed to comply with quality oil requirements and productions norms, a 2009 Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents, State Committee report shows.
The monitoring was held at all 45 filling stations in Baku, and at two oil tank farms.
Protocols were drawn up and administrative perpetrators were fined. Monitoring continues in the country's other regions.
