Petrol prices: Euro-Super-95 in 27 EU countries (March 8-15)

The average price on Euro-Super 95 petrol hit 1,319 euro per 1,000 liters in 27 EU countries last week (March 8-15). The price is 24 euro over the average for the previous week.

The highest price - 1,505 euro per 1,000 liters - was observed in the Netherlands. The price increased by 16 euro. 

The lowest price was 992 euro per 1,000 liters in Cyprus compared to 987 euro per 1,000 liters a week earlier.

Denmark took second place in the list of countries with the most expensive Euro-Super 95. The price hit 1,458 euro per 1,000 liters or 33 euro more than the previous week.

Germany took third place for most expensive petrol. The price hit 1,431 euro per 1,000 liters. The price increased by 68 euro.

Belgium took the fourth place by hitting 1,417 euro per 1,000 liters compared to 1,345 euro the previous week.

The price was 1,394 euro per 1,000 liters in Greece compared to 1,369 euro the previous week.

The price was 1,368 euro per 1,000 liters in Portugal compared to 1,348 euro the previous week.

Finland took the seventh place with prices hitting 1,367 euro per 1,000 liters compared to 1,362 euro per 1,000 liters a week earlier.

Italy took the eighth place last week. Prices hit 1,363 euro by reducing 11 euro last week.

The price hit 1,353 euro per 1,000 liters in France last week compared to 1,338 euro the previous week. 

Sweden took the tenth place. The price was 1,325 euro per 1,000 liters last week by reducing 5 euro.
