Minister proposed chairman of the Association Vahi Tiytoms to consider the supply of goods from Kazakhstan to the port of Sillamae by cars.

This proposal is connected with the project of international transit corridor "Western Europe - Western China". This route will deliver the goods from the port Lyanyungan through Kazakhstan to St. Petersburg for 10 days. It is necessary to consider options for the pilot projects of logistics.

Kazakh Minister said that it is necessary to consider the signing of a memorandum between the concerned parties. The parties agreed that the agreement on further actions may be determined at a meeting at the upcoming economic forum in Tallinn, to be held September 15-16 this year.

SILPORT is fully Estonian-Russian enterprise. It is the largest private port in Europe. The port is open for navigation all year round. There are 7 terminals, which allow to transport all types of cargo.
