Turkish security forces made terrorists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) responsible for blast on the main gas pipeline supplying gas from Iran to Turkey, the Turkish Zaman newspaper's website reported.

As a result of blast occurred this night Iran has suspended the gas supply at the Turkish side's request.

Daily Iran supplies 23 million cubic meters of gas to Turkey on average.

PKK terrorists' activities noticeably increased over the past week. The day before, as a result of explosion of military convoy on the bomb placed by terrorist in the provinces of Hakkari and Van, seven soldiers of the Turkish army were killed.
