Within the contract of CJSC Ekol muhendislik xidmetleri removed 40,000 cubic meters of oil sludge from industrial areas of the Oil and Gas Production Department "Siyazanneft (90 km from Baku), the Company said.
According to the report, the operations will be conducted within the contract signed between Azneft Production Unit of SOCAR and Ekol CJSC.
Also within the operations CJSC removed 25,000 cubic meters of contaminated water and 75,000 cubic meters of land from the site.
Co-founders of Ekol Muhendislik Xidmetleri, created March 1, 2006 to solve environmental problems existing in the Absheron peninsula, are SOCAR - 51 percent and Lancer SA Services - 49 percent.
