The Khazar Consortium announced a tender today on the design and construction of an autonomous system to prepare commodity oil on the company's contractual territory.
Applicants must follow the below procedures within 10 working days of the tender's publication.
1. Applicants should pay $500 per lot. The amount is nontaxable in accordance based on the PSA and the Turkmen law on hydrocarbon resources. Bank charges are paid at the applicant's expense.
2. Applicants should prepare a written request to participate in the tender.
3. Applicants must submit documents confirming their payment to participate in the tender, as well as the authority of the company representative. They must also submit a written request to receive the tender's conditions and the tender's specifications for each lot.
