SOCAR put into operation a new oil well on the field "Jafarli", a statement said.
According to the report, total depth is 3,990 meters. The daily production rate is 11 tons. Wells are drilled by "Gobustan" drilling company.
There are 59 oil and gas fields in Azerbaijan. Over 18 are offshore, others - onshore.
