JSC Azerenergy (production and distribution of electricity in Azerbaijan) has announced an international tender for project planning, provision, construction and installation and commissioning the second 400-megawatt combined-cycle machinery at a power plant "Shimal," the official press reported.
Bids must be submitted in two languages (Azerbaijani and English) till 16:00 Oct.11, 2010 to JSC. Bids will be opened on the same day. Participants will be able to attend the process of opening the envelopes with the bids.
The scheduled works will be held based on the loan agreement signed between the JSC and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation May 13, 2005.
