The volume of gasoline consumption in Iran amounted to about 970 million liters in the first half of August, the Iranian National Company for distribution of petroleum products reported.
The kerosene consumption was about 146 million liters, diesel fuel - about 743.3 million liters and gasoil - around 1.52 billion liters.
Iran's gas consumption by households, industrial enterprises, commercial facilities and power plants accounted for about 5.4 billion cubic meters compared to 5.1 billion during the same period of 2009.
