SOCAR commissions another petrol stations in Batumi

SOCAR Georgia Petroleum opened a new petrol station under SOCAR brand in Georgia today, SOCAR said.

Thus, the total number of SOCAR petrol stations reached 49.

The opening ceremony was attended by SOCAR Energy Georgia head and public representatives.

SOCAR plans to increase the number of petrol stations in Georgia to 60 by late 2010.

Co-founders of SOCAR Energy Georgia are: SOCAR - 51 percent, Petro-Trans FZCO - 24.5 percent and Ivan Chkhartishvili - 24.5 percent.
