Creditors of the JV Kokdumalak-Gas and JV Gissarneftegaz made a motion to extend the term of interim management of the enterprises, against which the bankruptcy proceedings was launched, for one month, the Uzbek State committee on de-monopolization, support of competition and entrepreneurship reported.
As reported earlier, the Kashkadarya Oblast economic court begun bankruptcy proceedings against Kokdumalak-Gaz and Gissarneftegaz, co-founded by Zeromax GmbH, in September 2010.
According to a court decision dated Sept. 7, the enterprises will be monitored by the State Uzbek State committee on de-monopolization. The tax authorities of the country have initiated bankruptcy proceedings.
Last week, the creditor meetings of Kokdumalak-Gaz and Gissarneftegaz decided to apply to the Kashkadarya Oblast economic court with a proposal to extend for a month the temporary management of the enterprises.
The court meeting to revise the proposals will be held on Oct.25.
