Turkmenistan auctioned over 260,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex today at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

Turkmenistan auctioned over 260,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex today at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades about 24,000 tons of liquefied gas, 30,000 tons of fuel oil, 30,000 tons of aviation kerosene, 10,000 tons of basic oil, 30,000 tons of gasoline, 30,000 straight-run gasoline and 110,000 tons of diesel fuel.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded over 26 transactions.

Businessmen from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Netherlands, UK, Canada, UAE, Virgin Islands bought polypropylene, liquefied gas, gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, straight-run gasoline.

The companies from Azerbaijan, Russia, UAE, Kazakhstan, Denmark, Iraq, the United States and Switzerland are the main customers.Businessmen from Great Britain and Iran bought polypropylene, aviation kerosene, liquefied gas.The total amount of contracts, including the production of other economic sectors has exceeded $30 million.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
