President of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) Rovnag Abdullayev on Monday met the delegation headed by the president of Turkish TPAO company Mehmet Uysal, says a statement by SOCAR.
Uysal updated Abdullayev on foreign projects carried out by TPAO. According to him, the Turkish company closely monitors the projects of SOCAR in Azerbaijan and Turkey and shows great interest to them.
SOCAR president informed Uysal on the company's planned works in Azerbaijan and its ongoing investment projects in Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine and other countries.
Heads of the two companies also discussed prospects for expanding cooperation.
