"Up to 60 percent of the industrial production of the state's advanced petrochemical enterprise has been sent to foreign countries," a statement said.

The total value of the supplies is more than 433 million manat ($ 1 - 2,85 manat).

Turkmenistan plans to increase its oil refining capacity to 15 million tons per year by 2015, 20 million tons by 2020, 22 million tons by 2025 and 30 million tons by 2030.

According to the approved plans, this will be achieved by building three new refineries and modernizing the existing plants in the city of Turkmenbashi and Sadie in the east.
