Iran plans to export oil products to East Asia

The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company negotiated for long term contracts to export basic gasoline (naphtha) to East Asian countries, SHANA reported quoting Managing Director of NIOPDC Jalil Salary as saying.

The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company negotiated for long term contracts to export basic gasoline (naphtha) to East Asian countries, SHANA reported quoting Managing Director of NIOPDC Jalil Salary as saying.

"The contracts to be finalized and export of naphtha will be used in petrochemical units of East Asia," he said.

The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company signed a deal with neighboring countries as well on export of oil products.

Iran signed a deal with Iraq to export of 1.5 million liters of gas-oil per day, the country currently export 1.2 million liters of gas-oil per day.

Iran is constructing a pipeline from Tabriz to Yerevan by the private sector to transfer oil products to Armenia and paves the way to export oil products to Georgia and other countries, he said.
