Uzbek President Islam Karimov signed a decree approving entry of Delta Oil Company Ltd. (Saudi Arabia) into the PSA on the Baisun Investment Block, a source in the National Holding Company (NHC) "Uzbekneftegaz" leadership told Trend on Tuesday.
The source specified that the decree was approved an additional agreement was signed between Uzbekistan and the consortium of investors, including Petronas Carigali Overseas Sdn.Bhd and Delta Oil Uzbekistan Company Ltd. The agreements were signed in June 2010.
An additional agreement to the Production Sharing Agreement, in respect to the Baisun Investment Block of the Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan, oversaw the share-holding of "Delta Oil Uzbekistan Company Limited" in the PSA.
