Turkmenistan auctions over 430,000 tons of oil products

Turkmenistan auctioned over 430,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

Turkmenistan auctioned over 430,000 tons of oil products from the Turkmenbashi refinery, and refineries in the Saydi and Nayip gas-processing complex at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange.

The country put as stock trades 33,000 tons of liquefied gas, about 30,000 tons of straight-run gasoline, about 150,000 tons of gasoline, over 100,000 tons of diesel fuel, 100,000 tons of fuel oil, about 9,000 tons of polypropylene and 10,000 tons of furnace oil.

Last week at the auction of the national stock exchanges recorded 45 transactions.
Companies from the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Denmark, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Virgin Islands purchased gasoline, diesel fuel, hydrotreated diesel fuel, aviation kerosene and polypropylene.

The representatives from Azerbaijan, Great Britain, China, Russia, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are the traditional participants of the auction. Total amount of contracts, including on sale of oil products exceeds $80 million.

The Commodity Exchange is a principal organ of state regulation of export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
