The volume of gasoline consumption in Iran amounted to about 945 million liters in the second half of October compared to more than 1 billion liters during the similar period of 2010, the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company said.
The consumption of kerosene was about 335 million liters compared to more than 342 million liters in the second half of 2010, diesel fuel - about 563 million liters (compared to more than 571 million liters) and gas oil - 1.45 billion liters (compared to about 1.6 billion liters).
The volume of consumption of liquefied gas in Iran in the second half of October hit 104,500 tons.
Iranian population, industrial enterprises, commercial facilities and power plants consumed gas in the amount of about 6.2 billion cubic meters in the second half of October compared to about 5.9 billion during the same period of 2010.
