Iran’s daily gasoline consumption stands at 59 million liters

The gasoline consumption slightly decreased in Iran to daily consumption of 59 million liters last solar week (Nov. 5 to 11), following its decreasing trend in the week earlier, Shana reported.

According to the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC) official data, weekly gasoline consumption was 413.2 million liters between Nov 5th and Nov 11th, which has decreased by 0.1 percent (600,000 liters) compared to the previous week with gasoline consumption of 413.8 million liters.

The highest amount of gasoline consumption fell on Sunday, Nov 6th (66.4 million liters) and the lowest on Monday, Nov 7th (47.3 million liters).

Iran's super gasoline consumption during the last week decreased to 16.4 million liters down by 700,000 liters, or 4 percent, compared to the previous week with a consumption of 17.1 million liters, while the average consumption during last week was 2.3 million liter a day.
