Azerbaijan has offered to help Pakistan explore its oil and gas reserves, Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev suggested at a meeting with members of a Pakistani delegation headed by first deputy minister of economic issues and statistics, Khan Himayatullahom in Baku on Tuesday.
Members of the delegation are very interested in the Azerbaijan proposal, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Energy Azer Mensimli told Trend.
Mr Aliyev was speaking about the success of the Azerbaijani oil and gas sector and said the country has extensive experience in prospecting and exploration which it is willing to share it with Pakistan.
Both sides also discussed other areas on which bilateral cooperation could be expanded.
