Total production of gas amounted to 36.085 billion cubic meters in Kazakhstan in January-November 2011, as compared to 33.769 billion cubic meters during the same period in 2010, the Kazakh Statistics Agency dispatching management told Trend.
Gas production in Kazakhstan totaled 3.435 bcm in November compared to 3.397 bcm during the same period last year. In November gas production in the country increased by 1.1 percent as compared to November 2010 and increased by 7.5 percent compared to the previous month.
The implementation of the plan in November for the country's gas extraction amounted to 90.7 percent extracted gas, and natural gas extracted at 84.2 percent.
