Turkmen refineries buy Belarus auto equipment

Another batch of Belarus-82 tractors has entered the refinery industry’s industrial structures, the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

Another batch of Belarus-82 tractors has entered the refinery industry's industrial structures, the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

Equipment is distributed between the refineries in Turkmenbashi and Sadie by Kenar enterprise of storage and shipment of petroleum products.

Phased delivery of upgraded tractors and cars to the companies is carried out on a contract basis with YARAW trading house. Service center YARAW is obligated to guarantee the implementation of preventive examinations, diagnosis and maintenance of new equipment.

The arrival of the high-performance hydraulic hoists is expected soon. Before, the transport fleet of refineries was supplied with 72 units of special equipment from MAZ company.

"In addition to the tractors, oil refineries use modern buses for transportation of shift, uniaxial and biaxial on-board machines, cranes, water trucks, concrete-mixer trucks and heavy trucks," report says.

Turkmenistan plans to increase oil refining capacity up to 15 million tons per year in 2015, up to 20 million tons of oil in 2020, up to 22 million tons in 2025 and up to 30 million tons in 2030.

In accordance with the approved plans, this will be achieved through the construction of three new refineries and upgrading existing plants, including the city of Turkmenbashi, and in the refinery in Sadie.
