Third Kazakh-British Oil and Gas Forum to be held in Atyrau in late 2012

The Third Kazakh-British Forum on Partnership Development among Suppliers in the Oil and Gas Industry Service Sector will be held in the Kazakh city of Atyrau, Shell-Kazakhstan office head Campbell Keir said in Astana on Tuesday.

The Third Kazakh-British Forum on Partnership Development among Suppliers in the Oil and Gas Industry Service Sector will be held in the Kazakh city of Atyrau, Shell-Kazakhstan office head Campbell Keir said in Astana on Tuesday.

"The third Kazakh-British forum on the development of partnerships of suppliers in the service sector of oil and gas industry will be held in Atyrau in late 2012," Keir said addressing the second Kazakhstan-British forum on the development of partnership of suppliers in the service sector of oil and gas industry in Astana.

According to the British Embassy in Astana, 60 Kazakh and British companies, including the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas, Fluor, Amec, Wood Group PCN, and SNCLavalin, attended the second forum.

The first forum was held in Aberdeen in September 2011.
