Kazakhstan’s oil processing increases by 1.4% in March

Oil processing in Kazakhstan hit 1.202 million tons in March, 2012 compared to 0.954 million tons in the same month of last year, the national dispatch center of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told Trend.

In March, 2012 oil processing in Kazakhstan was 1.4 percent more than in the previous month and by 26 percent more than in March, 2011.

Kazakhstan's oil processing amounted to 3.629 million tons in January-March, 2012.

In March, 2012 the production of oil products in Kazakhstan amounted to 1.525 million tons, which is by 12.1 percent more than in the previous month, and by 13.9 percent more than in March, 2011.

The production of motor gasoline amounted to 239,200 tons in March, 2012, the production of diesel oil - to 372,300 tons, aviation kerosene to 37,800 tons, and black oil to 331,600 tons.
