About 1.45 million tons of oil products were sold on the Azerbaijani domestic market in January-April compared to 1.25 million tons during the same period of 2011, the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee told Trend today.
About 365,400 tons of the total volume of oil products fell to petrol or 5.9 percent more than in Jan.-April 2011. Much petrol was sold in the domestic market. The wholesale price on one ton of А-92 gasoline in the domestic market (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is 670 manat and А-95 - 736 manat.
About 357,000 tons of diesel fuel were sold to the domestic market in Jan.-April, or 8.1 percent more compared to the same period of 2011. The wholesale cost of 1 ton of diesel fuel (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is 485 manat.
About 124,600 tons of fuel oil were sold on the domestic market in Jan.-April, which is 73.8 percent more than the figure in the same period of 2011.
A total of 161,700 tons of aviation kerosene were sold in Jan.-April, or 1.8 percent less than in Jan.-April 2011. The price of aviation kerosene is 307 manat per ton (including delivery and VAT).
The sale of petroleum bitumen totaled 74,200 tons in Jan.-April, or 41.9 percent more than the same period of 2011. The wholesale price of 1 ton of bitumen BN 60/90 (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is 160 manat.
About 43,900 tons of liquefied gas were sold on the domestic market in Jan.-April, or 3.9 percent less than in Jan.-April 2011.
About 320,300 tons of other oil products were also sold, or 33.2 percent more than in Jan.-April 2011.
