The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries will sign a contract with Alliance Engineering and Construction BV (The Netherlands) at its own expense for the full completion of primary oil refining ELDAD-HT-7construction at this complex, an official Turkmen source said on Wednesday.

The corresponding decree was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov. Manufactured products of the two refineries in the cities of Turkmenbashi and Sadie and gas processing complex in Naip are regularly exposed on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the country.

Turkmenistan plans to increase capacity of oil refining up to 15 million tons per year in 2015, to 20 million tons in 2020, up to 22 million tons in 2025 and up to 30 million tons in 2030.

In accordance with the approved plans, this will be achieved through the construction of three new refineries and upgrading existing plants.
