The construction of Kambarata-1 hydropower plant in Kyrgyzstan is planned to be finished in 2021, KyrTAG reported on Monday with reference to Kyrgyz Energy and Industry Minister Avtandil Kalmambetov.
The whole construction admittedly will last for 8 years and will start in spring 2013.
The feasibility study of the project will be worked out during next five months and will be financed by Russia.
The cost of the feasibility study of the project will hit $15 million.
The plant will produce about 5 billion kilowatt per hour per year.
