Gazprom Neft expands gas station network in Kazakhstan

Gazprom Neft - Kazakhstan plans to increase the number of its gas stations to 110 in 2020, the company’s CEO Aymen Kasenov said at the international conference ‘Market of petroleum products in Central Asia: trends of development, technologies, equipment of gas stations and tank farms’, on Thursday.

Gazprom Neft - Kazakhstan plans to increase the number of its gas stations to 110 in 2020, the company's CEO Aymen Kasenov said at the international conference 'Market of petroleum products in Central Asia: trends of development, technologies, equipment of gas stations and tank farms', on Thursday.

"As part of the integration process between the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, we supply oil products to Kazakhstan. Our plans include having 110 gas stations by 2020 with a sales volume of 763,000 tons and investments worth $250 million by 2020 and receive 10 per cent in the retail market of oil products in Kazakhstan," Kasenov said.

He said Gazprom Neft - Kazakhstan started work in Kazakhstan 2007. In 2010, the company had more than 20 gas stations. This year it is planned to expand the network up to 41 stations.
Gazprom Neft is Russia's fifth largest oil producer and third largest refiner of oil and oil products.
It owns 1260 gas stations in Russia and the CIS countries.
