Georgia, Tbilisi, March 15 / Trend N.Kirtskhalia /
Amendments to the government decree 'on approval of norms of natural losses of petroleum products' are planned to be introduced in Georgia.
Private business representatives notified the ministry that there are some problems with the implementation of these norms, Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri told journalists on Thursday.
"The norms of losses were approved by a decree, "he said.
The minister noted that oil importers mentioned some technical problems not considered by the decree.
"For example, accounting is performed by tonnage, but sale is implemented in litres. Tons and litres do not match each other because at different temperatures one ton equals 1200 litres, 1300 litres and so on. We learn by international experience in this field in order to avoid creating barriers for business ," Khaduri said.
