Kazakhstan insignificantly increases oil production in January

In Kazakhstan, in January 2014, 6.995 million tons of oil was produced, including gas condensate, which is 0.3 percent higher than the indicator of January 2013, the information of the Kazakh Agency on Statistics says.
The production of crude oil in the country was 5.924 million tons (0.9percent growth), condensate - 1.071 million tons (2.5 percent decrease).
In January 2014, Kazakhstan produced 3.673 billion of cubic meters of gas (1.4 percent growth). The volume of the produced natural gas was 1.78 billion of cubic meters, oil associated gas - 1.893 billion of cubic meters (2.8 percent growth).
