Iran exported 1.189 million tons of gas condensates, worth over $1 billion from the South Pars gas field in the past Iranian calendar month (June 22-July 22).

Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) Customs Office Director Khodadad Rahimi said gas condensate exports grew by 20 percent both in value and volume year on year, the IRNA news agency reported on July 27.

He added that over 2.2 million tons of South Pars products were exported from PSEEZ to 29 countries in the mentioned month.

China, Japan, the UAE, India, Turkey, Iraq, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Armenia, Russia, Mozambique, Egypt, Syria, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Qatar, Tanzania, Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Georgia, South Korea and Mexico were the destinations for the exported goods, Rahimi said.
