Azerbaijan exported 224 million barrels of oil from Sangachal oil terminal via pipelines and railway in Jan.-Sept. 2015, compared to 227 million barrels in the same period in 2014, said the report issued by BP Azerbaijan.
Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline has transported 198 million barrels of the total volume of oil exported from the terminal, while 23.6 million barrels was transported via the Baku-Supsa pipeline and 2.2 million barrels - via the railway.
Moreover, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan has transported 0.9 million barrels of condensate.
This is while 298.5 million barrels of oil was transported from the Sangachal terminal via pipelines and railway in 2014, compared to 286.2 million barrels in 2013.
Currently, the total capacity of the terminal's technical processing systems is 1.2 million barrels of oil per day, while, it is 29.5 million cubic meters per day for the gas produced at Shah Deniz field.
Together with the associated gas produced at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli oil and gas fields' block, the total processing capacity at the terminal is 49.3 million cubic meters per day.
