Net loss of Azerishiq OJSC (Azerbaijani energy operator) in 2016 amounted to 25.64 million manats (over $15 million) compared to 31.29 million manats in 2015, said the company’s balance sheet published in Azerbaijan’s Respublika newspaper.
Total profit of the company in 2016 amounted to 73.17 million manats compared to 76.83 million manats in 2015.
As of late 2016, the total assets of the company amounted to 2.37 billion manats versus 2.03 billion manats as of early 2016, according to the company’s balance sheet.
The company’s long-term assets last year increased by 15.9 percent to 1.63 billion manats, while short term assets grew 19.8 percent and reached 740.84 million manats.
Total liabilities of Azerishiq OJSC increased during the last year by 51.3 percent to 996.3 million manats.
The aggregate volume of capital and reserves of the company as of late 2016 grew 0.6 percent and amounted to 1.38 billion manats. The paid-in capital of the company decreased by 32.9 percent and amounted to 885.63 million manats.
