The Republican Design Institute "UzEngineering" of Uzbekistan and the Russian company "Krasnoyarskgazprom neftegazproekt" have signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document is aimed at developing cooperation in the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan through joint work, exchange of data and experience, as well as organization of bilateral visits.
The Russian company will provide consulting services, as well as assist in upgrading the skills and training of Uzbek specialists. In addition, the Russian side will help "UzEngineering" in efforts to achieve the international level of a full-fledged developer of pre-project and project documentation.
In turn, the Uzbek side will offer Russian colleagues an opportunity to get acquainted with the project environment in Uzbekistan and study it from within to apply the acquired skills in working with prospective projects in the country.
In addition, Russian experts will study the building standards and standards adopted in the republic, familiarize with information about current and potential projects in the field.
In the framework of partnership activities, the parties intend to jointly participate in the development and implementation of projects by creating consortia or involving each other in projects as contractors, subcontractors or consultants on a contractual basis.
