A scientific and practical conference, titled “Innovative models for the development of the electronic industry of Turkmenistan”, was held in Ashgabat, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported.
Priority attention was paid to the development of “design centers of electronics” – companies and enterprises that are engaged in designing the so-called architecture of integrated circuits and electronic component base.
The Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan implements the development of electronic equipment industry under the relevant State Program.
Another promising area is the production of lighting devices, including LED lamps, in the country.
