Azerbaijan discloses expected volume of profitable oil and gas from its fields

In 2019, 204.871 million barrels of profitable oil and 17.522 billion cubic meters of gas are planned to be extracted from the fields in Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to the conclusion of the Chamber of Accounts on the draft budget of the Azerbaijani State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) for 2019.

Most of the profitable oil will be produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli block of fields - 197.1 million barrels, while 17.3 billion cubic meters of gas from the Shah Deniz field.

In total, this year Azerbaijan plans to receive almost $7.78 billion by selling profitable oil and gas.

The projected income is expected to be obtained from the below mentioned fields:

"Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" - $6.79 billion, "Shah Deniz" - $944 million, "Kursangi" and "Qarabaghli" - $2.38 million, "Surakhani" and "Garachukhur" - $5.7 million , ‘Zigh-Hovsan’ - $2.99 million, ‘Muradkhanly, Jafarli and Zardab’ - $0.02 million, ‘Neftchala’ and ‘Khylly’ - $1.43 million, ‘Mishovdag’ and ‘Kalamaddin’ - $3.69 million, "Kurovdag" - $7.04 million, "Balakhani-Sabunchu-Ramana" and "Kurdakhani" - $9.54 million, "Binagadi" block - $8.69 million, ‘Gum Deniz’ and ‘Bahar’ - $0.26 million.
