Iranian oil company puts six reservoirs for sale
Tehran, Iran, Feb. 19
The National Iranian South Oil Company has announced a tender for six new oil reservoirs worth $1.9 million.
The company CEO Ahmad Mohammadi indicated the tender is a part of the company’s production rise and preservation plan that includes 28 reservoirs, Trend reports citing ISNA.
“The tender offers six packages, including two reservoirs at the Marun field and four others at the Siah Makan, Mansurabad, Zilayi and Ramin oil fields. It is expected that the winners of the bidding will be announced by the early new Iranian year (starts March 21, 2019),” he added.
“The preparation for a tender on six other reservoirs at the Mansouri, Ramshir, Gachsaran, Lali, Kabod and Nargesi oil fields has started,” he noted.
