As of March 19, the daily gas supply to the population and other consumers in Azerbaijan amounted to 25.950 million cubic meters, SOCAR's Azerigas Production Union, which distributes and sells gas in Azerbaijan, told Trend.
The daily gas consumption in Baku amounted to 15.193 million cubic meters. In the regions of the country, the daily consumption reached 10.757 million cubic meters.
Compared to the figures for February 2019, the average daily gas consumption in the country decreased by 21.8 percent.
According to Azerigas, the number of gas subscribers in Azerbaijan exceeds 2.1 million, and the level of gas supply in the country is over 95 percent.
