Italy’s Bonatti company is interested in the wider development of cooperation in the oil and gas sector of the attractive Turkmen market, Trend reports referring to the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
Bonatti is one of Italy’s biggest companies in the oil and gas industry and is mainly engaged in laying gas pipelines. In Turkmenistan, the Bonatti branch has been operating since 2010.
“We offer our services in the implementation of program tasks in the Turkmen oil and gas industry,” the company representative said. “Next year, the company together with the Turkmen side plans to participate in major construction projects in the oil and gas sector, and we are ready to fully contribute to their technical support.”
To date, 22 investment projects totaling about $13 million and 16 companies with Italian capital have been registered in Turkmenistan.
