Over 22,000 tons of paint and varnish were produced in Azerbaijan from January through November 2019, which is 1.8 times more than in the same period of last year, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijan’s State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan produced 77,100 tons of propylene from January through November 2019, which is 58.7 percent more than in the same period of 2018.
During the reporting period, 102,300 tons of ethylene were produced in the country (an increase of 15.1 percent for the year).
Growth was observed during the eleven months of 2019 in the production of most of the main types of chemical products in Azerbaijan.
