Azerbaijan exported about 49,600 tons of liquefied natural gas from January through November 2019, which is 37.2 percent less compared to the same period of 2018, Trend reports referring to the report of the country's State Statistical Committee.
Liquefied gas worth over $11.3 million was exported from the country in the first 11 months of 2019, which is 24.5 percent less compared to the same period of 2018.
Azerbaijan exported 10.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas from January through November 2019, which is 1.6 times more than in the same period of 2018.
In accordance with the committee's report, the export value exceeded $2 billion in monetary terms, which indicates an increase by 1.7 times, compared to the same period of 2018.
Azerbaijan exported 78,916 tons of liquefied gas in 2018, which is 8.6 percent more compared to 2017.
Azerbaijan exported over 6.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas in 2018, which is 5.6 percent more compared to 2017.
