According to him, individuals and legal entities owning a plot of agricultural land with an area of at least 0.25 ha will be able to get diesel fuel at a reduced price. This site must be registered in the National Public Registry Agency.

As part of the program, farmers will be given discount fuel cards. The limit of diesel fuel per 1 hectare of land will be 150 liters, and for a plot of agricultural land with an area of more than 100 hectares - 15,000 liters.
