By Elnur Baghishov – Trend:

Iran's Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refining Company will bring $700 million worth of revenues a year to Iran if it operates fully, Executive Director of the company Mahmoud Aminnejad told, Shana news agency, Trend reports.

The director emphasized that the company has the potential to process 56.6 million cubic meters of gas per day.

"Thus, it is possible to produce 10.4 million tons of methane and 1.5 million tons of ethane per year," he added.

Aminnejad noted that the company can also produce 1 million tons of propane, 500,000 tons of butane, 600,000 tons of gas condensate and 900,000 tons of acid gas per year.

"The Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refining Company is the largest refining company in terms of capacity in the Iranian oil and gas sector. The company's refineries were built with an investment of $3.4 billion," he said.

The director said as for the company's refineries fuel, 13.5 million tons of sour gas per year must be supplied from NGL-900 and NGL-1000 plants, as well as 2.25 million tons of sweet gas per year from NGL-1200 and NGL-1300 plants, according to the plan.

According to him, currently, it is not possible to be supplied fuel from the NGL-1200 and NGL-1300 plants, so the National Iranian South Oil Company must deliver about 700 million cubic meters of fuel from the NGL-900 plant to the Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refining Company.

Aminnejad stressed that achieving maximum production at the Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refining Company depends on oil extraction. Because the fuel of the company's plants is gases that extracted joint with oil.
