Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit exceeds volume of oil production

Turkmenistan's Turkmennebit State Concern produced 2.6 million tons of oil from January through August of 2020, which is 6.2 percent higher than in the same period last year, Trend reports, citing the Nebit-Gaz newspaper.
Meanwhile, the volume of natural gas production increased by 415 million cubic meters compared to the corresponding period last year.
The growth of production is observed due to the use of modern techniques and technologies.
Turkmenistan has exceeded expectations of oil and gas condensate production from January through August 2020.
The estimates of oil and gas condensate production were exceeded by 2.2 percent, natural and associated gas - by 1.2 percent, gas exports – by 0.8 percent, oil refining – by 3.1 percent, gasoline production – by 5.6 percent, diesel fuel production – by 6.3 percent, kerosene production – 6.9.
The country will also improve the activities of oil and gas companies, as well as to ensure stable growth of production and economic indicators in the country.
